Associate Attorney Part Time Candidate will assist with current high volume case load. Areas of law include; Child Custody, Divorce, Equitable Distribution, Support, Adoptions, Pre Nuptials/Post Nuptials, and Protection Orders from Abuse. Will generally be required to provide prompt and effective representation of clients at the direction of the partners as well as any clients bring in personally. Will also be responsible for billing clients for services provided in each case. will make court appearances on a regular basis. Qualifications: Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar. 3+ years experience practicing as a Family Law Attorney is required. Significant experience drafting motions, pleadings, briefs, etc. Ability to handle a high volume case load. Willingness to work as part of a team.
