Legal Secretary The candidate will answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Prepare outgoing mail. Clerical work (copying, scanning, filing, etc.). Preparation of correspondence, as directed. Assist with billing. Keep track of and maintain inventory of office supplies. Represent the practice in a professional manner in person and in telephone conversations. Other duties as assigned. High school or equivalent experience is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years of Customer service and 3+ years of Administrative Assistants & Receptionists experience. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in office setting, prior law office experience.
