Entry level Associate Attorney The candidate will deal with all areas of family law, commercial litigation, real estate litigation, probate matters, legal research, and preparation of pleadings, discovery, and attendance at mediation, motions and trial. There will be some involvement in construction litigation, complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Should have 1+ year of civil litigation experience and member of Southern District of Florida. Must be versed in Family Law matters.
