Paralegal The candidate will prepare and file domestic trademark applications, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, Sections 8 & 15 declarations, and other filings. Will perform trademark searches and draft findings. Prepare federal copyright applications. Work with foreign associates on international filings. Draft communications with clients, examiners and foreign associates. Review office actions and summarize issues for attorneys. Assist with TTAB proceedings, cease and desist letters and trademark litigation, including drafting and filing of documents, maintaining files and docket, and related tasks. Must be a trademark and copyright paralegal with 2+ years of trademark prosecution experience. Note : This contract position is part-time (5- 10 hours/week with a flexible schedule) with an opportunity to grow.
