Associate Attorney The candidates must be familiar with documenting their time and activities, be team players, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work well independently. Should also possess experience in depositions, discovery, and motion practice, and must have a willingness to further develop trial and case management skills. Must be licensed attorneys with a minimum of 3 years litigation experience to include substantial deposition taking experience, trial experience, and good communication skills, oral and written.
