Family Law Bilingual Attorney The candidate responsibilities will include all aspects of a client s case, including communicating with clients, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attendance at hearings, mediations, conferences and trials. Must be licensed to practice law in FL and have 2+ years' experience in marital and family law matters or civil litigation with trial experience. Must also have trial experience and the ability to manage multiple cases with conflicting deadlines and time pressures.
