Junior Attorney Responsibilities: Represent secured creditors, banks and mortgage servicers in residential foreclosure litigation. Interpreting laws, legislation or regulations, analyzing data, legal questions and existing evidence or facts. Drafting and reviewing various pleadings and motions. Case management and staff management. Reviewing title reports and exception reports. Reviewing and addressing court and attorney correspondence. Qualifications: Must have a Maine Bar Admission and previous foreclosure OR litigation experience. 1 -3 years of experience in ME civil practice. Complete knowledge of ME motion practice. Ability to manage and motivate staff and manage workloads and projects. Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook and Excel. Professional written and communication skills. Strong word processing and proofreading skills. Ability to work meticulously to ensure the quality of product. Must have excellent phone manner and written and oral communication skills. Work well under pressure.
