Associate Attorney/Family Law The candidate should have 3 years experience in Family Law. Must be licensed to practice Law in MA. NH bar admission is a plus. Must have excellent people skills, appear regularly in court to argue cases before the Justices of the Probate and Family Court, District and Superior Court. Must be able to multitask, work well in a small office setting, and have excellent writing and advocacy skills. Drafting and responding to discovery and certain administrative tasks are also part of this position. Massachusetts Bar license and Law Degree is required.
