Associate Attorney The candidate will be managing caseload with oversight by partners. Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses. Research and writing of memorandums. Attending hearings. Conducting and defending depositions. Attending inspections. Consulting with expert witnesses. Attending mediations. Trial Preparation. Should preferably have 3+ years litigation experience or experience defending construction accident/New York Labor Law claims. Must have superior written and oral communication skills.
