Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, witnesses, insurance adjusters, and medical providers to resolve cases efficiently generating as much revenue. Documenting all action and communication in the client's case file. Handling a high-volume case load. Negotiating case files with insurance adjusters. Directing legal decisions. Bring past Pre-Litigation experience. Reviewing medical records and bills. Being an empathetic liaison between clients and their medical providers. Reviewing police reports and property damage photos. Understanding comprehensive medical treatment. Recognizing the costs/benefits of settlements vs. suits. Understanding the applicability of laws and statutes to the potential recovery of each case. Should have a Juris Doctorate degree and be licensed to practice law in Texas. Must have 3 years of personal injury pre-litigation experience.
