Seeking a Personal Injury Associate Attorney with 3+ years of prior civil litigation experience. Candidate will be responsible for litigation and helping manage different types of personal injury cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and fall, and the like. Responsible for managing an assigned docket. Will include filing lawsuits, defending and taking depositions, mediation, motion hearings/trial. This is a percentage-based position with the capability of earning up to $150K.
