Attorney The candidate will work for an insurance defense law firm. Duties include all aspects of litigation, such as preparing pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and handling hearings and trials. Will handle all types of insurance matters at all stages of the case, but the firm's primary practice areas include defense of bad faith, uninsured motorist, personal injury, and workers compensation cases. Attorneys with 2+ years of experience in civil litigation are highly encouraged to apply. Bar membership is preferred. Attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work independently are necessary.
