Attorney at Law The candidate duties includes: Search resources and study legal records and documents to obtain information applicable to the case or issue under consideration; Examine video, file, and physical evidence; Draft petitions, motions, orders, and other legal documents; Take depositions and respond to discovery requests; Prepare cases for trial; Must be licensed in the State of Texas to practice law, or actively working towards passing the Bar exam. Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills. Must be required to communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person. Should have exceptional attention to detail, proofreading, and editing skills. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Active member of the Texas State Bar (Preferred).
