Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation Duties: Defend individuals and businesses and represent our clients before judges and juries in the trial and appellate courts. Provide expert legal analysis and arrive at practical solutions for clients. Meet regularly and communicate effectively with clients. Conduct effective legal research. Work effectively with all those involved with a case. Review and draft legal documents. Work collaboratively with other attorneys on cases. Use of modern software technology to improve efficiency such as MS Office, Juris and related applications. Qualifications: Graduate of accredited law school and licensed to practice in PA. 2-3 years of experience in defense of motor vehicle, premises liability, construction, product liability and commercial liability claims in Pennsylvania state, federal and appellate courts. Consideration taken for licensed attorney who has experience working as a law clerk for a civil division judge. Mature and well organized. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment. Exceptional writing skills. Strong communication and presentation abilities.
