Litigation Attorney Duties: Represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Focus on Plaintiff side insurance subrogation. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft pleadings and correspondence and other legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on business and legal transactions. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Motion drafting. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Answering phones, reviewing and opening new files, assisting attorneys with litigation documents, invoicing and billing, general assistance in local Law Firm. Qualifications: New Jersey and New York Bar admission (or pending admission) required. Previous experience in law. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent computer skills a must.
