Legal Secretary The candidate will manage duties that include scanning, logging and distributing mail; working with case management and/or document management software; organizing documents for use at depositions, mediation and trial; scheduling meetings, depositions, mediations and preparing related pleadings and correspondence; transcribing dictation; requesting non-party records and following up to ensure that records are received; and other general legal assistant duties. Should have 1-5 years of experience as a legal secretary that has strong organizational and computer skills. Experience with Word Perfect, Excel and Law Base is beneficial.
