Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate will be responsible for representation of clients at Court appearances, preparation of motions, objections, proposed orders, memoranda of law, proofs of claim, and Rule 3002.1 filings. Will prepare correspondence and submissions to clients, adversaries, and to the Court. Should have experience representing secured creditors in consumer Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcy cases. Must have 1-3 years of experience and a working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code and Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure. Should have a solid understanding of consumer loan documents. Should preferably be admitted to practice in PA and NJ, the Federal Districts in PA and NJ, and have a familiarity with PA and NJ bankruptcy courts, local rules, and court procedures. Admissions in other jurisdictions and experience in litigation related matters a strong plus.
