Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will manage assigned cases and dockets with minimal supervision. Handling of all litigation-related tasks: investigation, preparation of motions and pleadings, conduct discovery, expert witness development, and trial. Work effectively with other firm attorneys and professional staff. Provide timely and professional communications to clients. Intermittent travel should be expected. Should have Juris Doctor Degree and admission to the Tennessee state bar. Should have 2 years of licensed experience. Should preferably have experience in product liability, personal injury, general civil defense, or commercial litigation defense; admission to additional state bars; Outstanding problem-solving skills; excellent legal writing and oral communication skills; ability to work with minimal direct supervision and provide supervision to assigned staff; General computer proficiency and keyboarding, strong knowledge of relevant existing and new technology.
