Paralegal The candidate will be rafting legal documents. Will be managing attorneys' calendars. Proofreading legal documents. Client communication. File management. Effectively manage case deadlines. Preparing hearing and trial binders. Experience with administrative law including: bankruptcy and AVN's is advantageous. E-filing knowledge. Setting up and maintaining client files. Knowledge with business formation and dissolution is needed. Knowledge of civil litigation processes is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Adobe Acrobat DC is needed. Paralegal Certificate and/or equivalent experience is advantageous. HS Diploma degree is needed.
