51-74% of applicants respond in 3 days # Per Diem Attorney for NJ Appearances, LLC is looking for an independent contractor to attend court appearances for Special Civil and Landlord/Tenant hearings and trials, Law Division motion hearings, Case Management Hearings, and the occasional mediation or arbitration. ## Job Summary The ideal candidate will be an experienced attorney with a valid NJ Bar license and 2+ years of civil litigation experience. They must be available to attend court appearances in NJ and have the flexibility to travel to Wyckoff, NJ for real estate closings when necessary. ## Responsibilities - Attend court appearances in NJ - Attend real estate closings in Wyckoff, NJ - Provide legal counsel and advice as needed ## Qualifications - NJ Bar license (Required) - 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Required) - Work authorization (Preferred) ## Salary Indeed's estimated salary for this role in Remote is $74K - $93.7K a year. ## How to Apply Applicants must submit a resume, cover letter, and salary requirements.
