Immigration Attorney The candidate will regularly represent clients before EOIR, BIA and USCIS. Draft legal briefs, memorandums and motions. Consult and provide legal advice to clients. Draft client affidavits. Research legal issues. Assist clients in collecting and organizing evidence. Manage paralegals. Should have 2+ years of Removal Defense, Family and Humanitarian Immigration experience. Should be licensed to practice law (preferably in Texas). Spanish skills are required.
