Personal Injury Attorney The candidate must have Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA approved school. Should have 2+ years of litigation experience. Active license and be in good standing with the Maryland Bar as well as any other state Bar where a license has been held. Must have demonstrated knowledge of state legal system and law. Should have demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Workers compensation and personal injury experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Must also have the ability to navigate a lawsuit from inception through trial in an effective and timely manner. Admission to Maryland Bar is required.
