Commercial Litigation Staff Attorney (Junior-to-Mid-Level) The candidate must have 3 years of experience to join our Miami office with a focus on commercial litigation, including premises liability. Responsibilities include supporting litigation matters through legal research, preparation of pleadings, memoranda and other written documents, attendance at hearings, settlement conferences and depositions, and management of matters from commencement through resolution. Basic knowledge of federal and state court practice, experience preparing answers, discovery, and dispositive and other routine motions is required. Case management experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish or Portuguese language. Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Florida.
