Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be primarily responsible for the management of all aspects of personal injury cases from inception through close of case. Will assist on medical case review. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage. Review policies, claims and other records. Prepare,write and argue legal documents, including but not limited to: memos, theory of liability and demands. Communicate with insurance companies and make sure client medical treatment is managed and billed accordingly. Communicate with client to provide case status update. Conduct intake meetings with new clients. Manage docket of cases according to office policy. Conduct and attend IME's, EUO's and recorded statements. The candidate must be a current Florida Bar Member in good standing. Basic Spanish is required. Should have 1+ year of experience in plaintiff's personal injury. 1+ year of Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney experience is preferred. Must have comprehensive understanding of personal injury law. Must have strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage a demanding caseload is required. Must have effective leadership skills.
