Experience In Personal Injury Is Preferred. Will be responsible for meeting with clients, commencing lawsuits, Bills of Particulars, Plaintiff and Defendant Depositions, Pleadings, Expert Witness Disclosure, Trial preparation, Mediation and resolving cases.
