Your specific duties in this role will include: - Knowledge of legal principles and practices at a level normally acquired through formal paralegal training. - Knowledge of Pennsylvania and Federal Laws. - Knowledge of PA court requirements and e-filing a plus. - Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints. - Ability to think critically and problem solve. - Ability to handle high volume. - Effective communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office. - Demonstrates ability to follow procedures. ## Qualifications - Must be 18 years of age or older. - Two or more years of experience in civil ligation. - Paralegal certification preferred - Ability to pass a background and drug test ## Benefits Law Firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
