Associate Attorney The candidate's main role is to represent and advocate for our clients with their immigration matters before immigration courts throughout the nation. Will prepare for trial, attend trial, prepare memos, and oversee their legal team's work. Most importantly our attorneys make an impact on client's life to achieve the American Dream. Education: JD Degree; Bar (Preferred). Maryland State Bar (Required), West Virginia or Pennsylvania (Beneficial); Experience: Two years of immigration law experience. Bilingual: English/Spanish (Preferred but not Required), Portuguese (Beneficial).
