Paralegal - Insurance Defense The candidate will be drafting discovery demands, subpoenas, notices and FOIL requests. Will be managing compliance with discovery deadlines. Process authorizations and follow up frequently to secure records. Obtain and review medical records. Schedule IMEs. Coordinate with witnesses and experts for trial or deposition. Draft discovery and dispositive motions. Should preferably have 1 year of experience.
