Associate Attorney - Personal Injury The candidate will represent clients in court and in depositions; Handle personal injury matters from start to finish; Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients; Negotiate settlements. Handle client communication keeping client goals in the forefront, regularly updating clients on case developments and including them in the process of determining and implementing case strategy. The candidate should have 3+ years general practice experience with a strong focus in Personal Injury. Clerkship experience is preferred. New Jersey Bar admission required. Familiarity with various legal documents is preferred. Strong analytical and problem solving skills and written and verbal communication skills are required. Polish or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
