Estate Planning Attorney Junior Associate The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience drafting estate planning documents, preparing gift and estate tax returns, and administering trusts. Should preferably have strong organizational and writing skills, outstanding oral communication skills, strong academic credentials with a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and a desire to excel in a growing firm. Experience meeting with clients is a plus. An advanced degree such as an L.L.M. and/or professional certifications are preferred. Maryland bar required. Membership or ability to waive to D.C. and/or Virginia bars a plus.
