Associate Attorney Duties: Cover Depositions and WCAB hearings. Do client phone appointments. Review AME/QME reports and determine next steps and strategy. Negotiate and settle cases in and out of court/depositions. Do Trials. Qualifications: Must be licensed Attorney. Preferred have 6+ months of work comp experience at both depositions and the WCAB board. Must enjoy working with and care about injured workers. Must be dependable and relatable. Must be good with clients. Must be a self starter and take initiative
