Title Paralegal Part-Time The candidate will be working in the title department of a Residential Real estate practice. Conducting title searches on residential real estate properties, assisting with opening title files, running to local courthouses to pull documents, Electronic Recording, document preparation, assisting the title department manager. Required: Minimum 1 year experience conducting title searches in an office or law firm setting, kind and professional attitude, organized, works well with other staff. Experience of 1 year (Preferred). Preferred: Simplifile and VCAP Experience, title experience for builders.
