Intellectual Property Attorney Candidate must be admitted to one or more of the following state bars: Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, or Georgia, in good standing with no disciplinary history, and have 1+ years of relevant legal experience. Must be willing to work independently, demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and have the ability to handle a high volume of client interaction and simultaneous projects. Trademark experience is preferred. Must within reasonable commuting distance of either offices. May also involve litigation support. Training will be provided if prior experience is lacking in one or more of the above areas. A broad understanding of basic business law and the ability to efficiently conduct phone consultations in a friendly and professional manner is essential to performing well in this position.
