Legal Secretary The candidate should have 1-3 years legal experience in personal injury, workers compensation, accidental disability retirement, social security disability, wills, estates and trusts, business litigation (contracts, commercial leases)and probate. Must preferably have civil litigation experience. Must be well organized, punctual, energetic and able to multi-task. Must have strong administrative, computer and phone skills. Bi-Lingual is a plus. Must be able to communicating with clients and attorneys, coordinating case preparation, requesting reports and medical records and preparing documents for court, administrative duties and other office requirements when needed.
