Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will work in a fast paced environment. Must have 5+years of experience in Medical Malpractice and/or Nursing Home Neglect Pre-Litigation and Litigation. Knowledge of court systems/instructions is a must. Must have excellent time management, communication, research and writing skills.Ideal candidate must be highly organized, professional, conscientious, and assertive. Must be capable of working independently and as a team. Knowledge of TrialWorks a plus. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe are required. Must have 5+ years of experience.
