The successful candidate will have experience practicing in divorce and child custody-related matters, both pre, and post-judgment. This is a full-time position with flexible remote options. Job Responsibilities: * Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, marital settlement agreements, judgements, and orders for a high volume of cases * Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals to effectively move files through the civil litigation process * Ensure clients are effectively represented at court hearings as needed * Manage the division of marital assets, including real estate, during divorce proceedings when needed * Advocate on behalf of clients by understanding their needs, effectively analyzing the situation and forming a strategy for a plan of action Qualifications: * 2 years of experience in a litigation-centered position, preferably with experience practicing family law.
