Trial Paralegal The candidate will be preparing and e-filing pleadings, preparing and answering discovery requests, and preparing for trial. Scheduling depositions, mediations, and IMEs. Heavy calendaring. File reviews, which include medical records and utilizing Excel spreadsheets. Should preferably have a High school or equivalent degree. Must have 3 years of trial litigation experience in Personal Injury. Minor Settlement experience a plus. Must be a quick learner, is computer savvy, and familiar with both Washington State and Federal Court Rules. Spanish Speaking applicants will be highly encouraged.
