Family Law Paralegal The candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to clients. Ability to work well with co-workers and clients is a must. The ideal candidate will have a 4-year college degree or paralegal certificate, and a minimum of two years of experience. Case management and customer service for clients. Preparing pleadings, settlement documents, discovery documents, correspondence, and other legal drafting. Managing and tracking deadlines. Managing attorney's calendars. Managing and maintaining prompt communication with clients, courts, and other attorneys. Family Law experience, preferred. Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong commitment to delivering value to clients.
