Associate Attorney The candidate will join Immigration practice concentrating in deportation defense. Should be newly admitted to the bar or with 1-2 years of experience that is passionate about defending the rights of aliens. Must have strong writing skills, good oral articulation and be enthusiastic about research. Must be prepared to write numerous motions, pleadings and appeals before USCIS, Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, Clark County District Court, various Circuit Court of Appeals and Federal Court. Must have excellent work ethic and great client relationship skills. Law firm provides a friendly environment and great opportunity to build a strong career. Should have a J.D. and State Bar License. In addition, must have excellent writing, legal research, communication and organizational skills. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
