Estate Planning / Elder Law Attorney The candidate duties will include all phases of Estate Planning: Meeting with potential new clients in Fairfax and Fredericksburg; Drafting documents using our proprietary drafting system; Supervising the signing of documents (in Fairfax and Fredericksburg) and the funding of trusts. Virginia Bar Admission required; DC and MD Bar very helpful. Experience needed. Must be willing to travel between Fairfax and Fredericksburg offices as needed, typically once or twice a week.
