Personal Injury Attorney The candidate, after initial training, will be responsible for his/her own caseload of mostly car accident injury cases. Will have an extensive amount of client counselling and settlement negotiations so people skills are extremely important. This position can be extremely rewarding as many clients have gone through catastrophic accidents and the attorney's successful results are often life changing events for clients. Will work closely with the firm's owner and alongside highly experienced staff. Will get immediate hands on experience handling car accident cases from start to finish. Core responsibilities include: Negotiate with insurance companies to obtain the best settlement offers or litigation if settlement cannot be obtained; Evaluate and obtain the evidence necessary to making a strong case; Provide peace of mind to clients by taking care of all of their injury related issues so they can focus on getting better; Work closely with support staff to efficiently represent clients through the team structure; Draft and review legal documents including demand letters, legal analysis and client advice. Bilingual (Spanish/English) applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
