We are seeking a Junior Associate Attorney to join our team and help us run our cases. The ideal candidate is an energetic, aggressive self-starter who is unafraid to go up against major companies and big law firms, while being caring, responsive and sensitive to our clients. #H2 Job Description The Junior Associate Attorney will be responsible for: - Representing victims of sexual harassment, sexual assault, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and police misconduct - Conducting legal research - Drafting legal documents - Assisting with court proceedings - Communicating with clients and other attorneys #H2 Qualifications & Requirements - Outstanding research and writing skills - Flexibility, organization and willingness to learn new areas of the law - Fluency in a second language is a plus - Bar admission in a second state is a plus #H2 Benefits & Salary The Junior Associate Attorney will be compensated with a salary of $135,000 to $175,000 depending on experience, plus 20% attorneys'fees for cases brought in and receive full medical, dental and vision benefits. The entire staff works remotely and the firm will provide a computer and reimburse wifi and cellular charges. #H2 COVID-19 Precaution(s) has implemented the following COVID-19 precautions: remote interview process, social distancing guidelines in place, and virtual meetings.
