Associate Attorney Duties: Represent and advocate for clients with their immigration matters before immigration courts throughout the nation. Prepare for trial, attend trial, prepare memos and oversee paralegal work. Most importantly they make an impact on someone s life to achieve their American Dream. Qualifications: JD Degree. Barred in Maryland. 1-2 years experience required. Experience in Family Law and/or Criminal Law. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred but not required. Schedule: Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm; Saturday (one per month) 9 am to 1 pm
