Paralegal Team Manager The candidate will hire, train and onboard new team members as needed, while achieving low turnover. Will provide coaching, management and supervision for intake team members. Ensure that all team members follow the company s best practices, including collecting payments, documents and other information from our clients, to then prepare the petition for signature. Communicate company goals to associates so every employee understands his or her key roles/responsibilities and can meet expectations. Achieve departmental quarterly goals for helping company to achieve annual and long term goals. Oversee and ensure conflict resolution between team members and customers or other employees. Conduct periodic surveys of customers and potential customers to ensure quality control. The candidate should have 1 year of experience as a Manager, or equivalent. Must have excellent communication, management, interpersonal and leadership skills. Should have strong demonstrated organization skills. Ability to think strategically, while operating tactically as needed. Must be technically proficient to access and analyze information. Experience in consumer bankruptcy, loan, home mortgage or tax return processing is preferred. Sales experience is plus. Bilingual - Spanish/English is desired.
