Family Law Paralegal The candidate will join firm that specializes in family law. Some of the responsibilities: drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, e-filing documents, preparing trial exhibits, and other paralegal duties. Will be responsible for assisting with family law cases from start to finish. Drafting pleadings, filing documents electronically. Preparing and responding to discovery. Drafting subpoenas. Communicating with clients. Assisting clients during one of the most difficult times of their lives. Should have 3+ years of law experience under an attorney in a law firm setting. Must have excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills. Should have strong oral and written communication skills.
