Legal Secretary/Legal Assistant The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in a law firm and BA is preferred. Must have experience with e-filing in California state and federal courts and have strong computer, word processing (at least 50 wpm), and phone skills. Must be highly organized and be conversant with Microsoft Word/Outlook and Adobe. Should be knowledgeable with pleading formats, court forms, organizing exhibits, calendaring, and familiar with trial/arbitration procedures. Spanish speaker is preferred.
