Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal Bilingual The candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients while providing full administrative support to attorneys. Handle pre-suit personal injury case matters, including client intakes and phone calls. Communicate regularly with clients in the pre-suit phase to obtain records, ensure they are in treatment, answer questions, and keep the case moving forward until suit is filed. Draft insurance disclosure requests, medical records requests, demand letters, bill reduction requests, and closing statements. Prepare medical billing summaries and draft demands, lien reductions and closing statements. Organize and index client information and case documents using case management software. Prepare files and assist attorneys for upcoming hearings and depositions. Assist attorneys with legal research of Florida law for negligence and automobile crashes. Must be fluent in Spanish. Must have previous experience as a paralegal for personal injury matters. Must demonstrate a complete understanding of auto insurance and personal injury claims. Must be able to show a excellent typing skills, exceptional attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and change gears quickly. Should have 3+ year of PQE.
