Disability Attorney The candidate will advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability or legal rights and obligations. Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses. Keeps clients informed by maintaining contact; communicating case progress. Gather evidence to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of case. Review and analysis of medical records. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Must have Doctorate degree. Required experience: Social Security Law: 1 year; Veterans Law: 1 year. Must be licensed to practice law. Should Possess great Reporting & Research Skills. Required language: Spanish.
