Litigation Attorney The candidate work in Litigation department. Will be responsible for: Handling a diverse docket of litigation matters (state and federal) dealing mostly with Healthcare, Commercial and Personal Injury Litigation. Conducting legal research and preparing detailed memorandum. Assisting in the preparation of discovery responses and discovery demands. Assisting in the representation of clients in depositions, before state licensing Boards, and Hospital hearings. Coordinating with clients and experts. Preparing for and conducting/ defending depositions. Making appearances to argue motions, attend conferences, participate in mediation. Should have Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, with great academic credentials. Must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey State and Federal Courts in good standing. Licensing in other states a plus. 3+ years of experience in practicing law and experience with Law Firm culture is required. should have familiarity with healthcare laws and regulations.
