PIP Arbitration Attorney The candidate will draft pre-hearing arbitration statements; Review, Revise, and Upload a volume of prepared arbitration statements; Issue spot a volume of cases to be written by arbitration writer paralegals; Attend large volume arbitration hearings both in person and telephonically; Complete post-hearing submissions, modification/clarifications, etc.; Involvement in Business development opportunities is strongly encouraged. Must have familiarity with Forthright and PIP Arbitration. Should have ability to forge relationships with adversaries and DRPs. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience with PIP Arbitration.
